Pomeranian

The Pomeranian is a German breed named for Pomerania, on the Baltic coast. In North America the saddleback — grey or buff head, neck and back over a white body — is the familiar pattern, though grey, buff and white birds also exist. It is a solid mid-weight meat breed, and some ganders are assertive enough to earn it a reputation as a watch goose. The Livestock Conservancy lists it as Threatened and notes the saddleback marking is hard to breed true.
