These terms govern your use of chickenmap.com (“Chicken Map”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, submitting a listing, or contacting a provider, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Chicken Map is

Chicken Map is a directory that helps people find live-poultry sellers, rescues, and sanctuaries. We are not a party to any transaction, adoption, sale, or arrangement between users and the providers listed. We do not buy, sell, ship, or rehome animals.

Listings

  • You may submit or claim a listing only if the information is accurate and you are authorized to represent that business or rescue.
  • We review listings before they go live and may edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion.
  • You are responsible for keeping your listing accurate and for complying with all laws that apply to your operation (including health, licensing, NPIP, sales, and animal-welfare rules).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Use the site or its contact features to spam, harass, or scrape data.
  • Submit listings or content for businesses you do not represent.
  • Violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

Transactions are between users

Any communication, purchase, adoption, or exchange you arrange with a provider is solely between you and that provider. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee any provider, animal, or transaction. You are responsible for doing your own due diligence.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. See our Disclaimer for more. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chicken Map is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on any listing, or any dealings with a provider.

Content you submit

You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it as part of operating the directory. You are responsible for the content you submit.

Changes and termination

We may modify these terms or the site at any time, and we may suspend or remove access or listings that violate these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
